This is in. This is out.
Listen to all about.
So follow one. So follow all.
Follow the little bouncy ball.
This is out. This is in.
Using one is now a sin.
So follow one. So follow all.
Follow the little bouncy ball.
This is out. This is in.
We've already done this spin.
So follow one. So follow all.
Didn't we damn it last fall?
This is in. This is out.
What is this repeat about?
So follow one. So follow all.
Didn't I see them left in a bathroom stall?
This is in. This is out.
Are you a forgetful trout?
So follow one. So follow all.
Follow that damn bouncy ball.
This is...dumb. This is stupid.
Like the thought of creepy cupid.
So ignore one. So ignore all.
Give the dog back its bouncy ball.
This is stupid. This is dumb.
Pull your head from your bum.
So ignore all. So ignore one.
Being a sheep is never fun.
This is stupid. This is dumb.
Go to the beat of your own drum.
So ignore one. So ignore all.
Forget what you saw in the bathroom stall.
Now you're free. Now you're wise.
You stopped being one of the flies.
So you wore it. So you used it.
Let the other nuts have the fit.
This is in. This is out.
Let the blowhards scream and shout.
So follow none. So follow you.
Ignore the sheep and have a clue.
If you only follow a trend, your life you amend.
I was thinking about all the paranoia and telling us to stay in right now. Heck no, I am living my life! I am going out.
ReplyDeleteOut and about and not being paranoid is a win.
DeleteIt's amusing when people go overboard following trends and then they're stick with every color of Crocs.
ReplyDeleteYep, amusing watching them indeed. But they are oh so great doing it. Pfffft
DeleteA Little In And A Little Out!
ReplyDeleteBeing trendy with big shouts
Do your own thing
Do follow nothing
Staying in and not to be about
Hank
Follow nothing is the way
DeleteDo it and enjoy the day
I don't really follow trends, especially fashion. I wear clothes bought decades ago :-)
ReplyDeleteSave money that way
DeleteOnly trends in book publishing. Definitely not into the fashion trends. T-shirts and jeans for me.
ReplyDeleteTrue, have to keep up on those.
Deleteorlin N cassie....heerz what we think bout trendz:
ReplyDeleteCame up blank lol
DeleteI couldn't care less about trends. I'm usually behind trends, or as I prefer to look at it, I'm ahead marching to my own drum. All the best to you!
ReplyDeleteThe best way to be. March ahead and do what you want.
DeleteI care little for trends.
ReplyDeleteJust a little
DeleteNo trends for me, especially hunkered in alone at my house.
ReplyDeleteNo need for trends there
DeleteAbout the time I'm in on a trend,it's officially out.
ReplyDeletewell just wait until it becomes in again
DeleteWhile I don't go out of my way to follow trends, sometimes they catch my eye. Other times I smack myself in the head and wonder how humans ever advanced into intellectual species. LOL @ creepy cupid! I like how that he made a come back on your page. The dumbest trend I've seen recently are the tick tock app trends. The "Peeppppaaaaa what are you doing in my ___" gave us a few good laughs.
ReplyDeleteYeah, some of them make you think how dumb people really are, but the sheep follow. A laugh or two isn't a bad thing too.
DeleteI'm a cat who never goes out, well, to the Vet occasionally, then I wait to get in!
ReplyDeleteIn and not out works when about
DeleteI'm always behind on the trends. But right now I'm staying in, too high risk. But no one knows the future!
ReplyDeleteBetter to stay in indeed
DeleteI am staying in a lot more, so need for trendy things.
ReplyDeleteIn and be free or trendy to see
DeleteI'm so trendless here. Don't care about trying to keep up with anyone or thing!
ReplyDeletebetty
Best way to be
DeleteQuilting is a trend,
ReplyDeleteSo one I follow without end.
But mostly I do my own thing,
Which keeps happiness in everything!
Yeah, you do it on your own
DeleteAnd go it alone
I care more about comfort than trends. I buy most of my clothes secondhand- so they are already out in someone's mind. :)
ReplyDeletehaha out they must be if they are there
DeleteI don't care about trends.
ReplyDeleteBest way to be
DeleteI like what I like and poof on anything else that comes along. Comfort and ease it is for me. Things come and go and then come back around.
ReplyDeleteThat thing surely do. Comfort is the best way.
DeleteHappy St Patrick's Day - Pat!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a good saint me day
DeleteWhen I want it in, he keeps it out
ReplyDeleteWhen he wants in, "Out!" I shout.
haha damned if you do, damned if you don't
Deletemy phone is not smart
ReplyDeletenot in and not out
my phone has no heart
I leave it all about
I had a lovely poem I thought posted, but apparently not!
anyway, I always enjoy your take on things and the manner of presentation
i’d do a better job in verse but my mind has turned to mush creating online lessons, tests, and quizzes (and all the glitches! the lovely switches! and awful snitches! i’ll quit there)
thanks for your continued support & encouragement for my Beast World campaign!
Tara Tyler Talks
haha a mush mind may not work
DeleteEspecially when glitches and virus are being jerks
I'm staying at home now while the lucky ones "telecommute". I never thought I'd be punished for not following the trends: computer programming, desk jobs, etc. No use to panic, I'll just sink on this ship Titanic. No rescue boats for our lot, we've been sent to rot.
ReplyDeleteDamn, you'll have to call in a plane
DeleteOr maybe swim to the nearest train
I liked Diane's: Only following publishing trends:)
ReplyDeleteYOU have a great one.
Good trends to know indeed
DeleteNope, don't normally care about trends/name brands. Though I do follow some home designing trends on Pinterest. I'm always up for making a few updated improvements to my home.
ReplyDeleteThe one you are selling? haha
DeleteYes, the one I'm selling. Can't say I'm happy about this lock down, but at least it's giving us time to get more fixed before we put it on the market in a few months.
DeleteTrue, at least there is that silver lining to it.
DeleteI am following the trend to spend all day looking for toilet paper. -_-
ReplyDeletelmao seems many are doing that
DeleteHa, ha, ha, Pat ,thanks that was fun. I’m a ram so have been battering against sheep all my life ... (Aries) .... but however stupid they get, I never lead them over the cliff, they do that very well on their own ... and I certainly don’t fraternise ....🤣😂😅😓🦋🌷🎈🌬
ReplyDeletehaha that is true. Just let em go over the cliff on their own.
