A Merry One And All!

The cat must have a word with all...

"Of course you do, as you never shut up."

Quiet, Cassie. No one was talking to you. But you fit in. Don't worry.

"I won't...worry that is."

While Pat was whining that his view went from this to...

This! Really? Who wants this? It does bring a few bliss. Back to me though.

I was dealing with this.

"You don't actually look to be dealing with him."

Shut it. It is beside me, so I'm dealing with it. Dealing with your big butt in the shot too.

"My big butt will squash you all merry like."

"Uncle Pattie, Orlin really likes that toy."

See? It interrupted me and is eyeing my toy.

"I think he was just making an observation."

Nope. Everyone was after my toy.

See? You even wanted it. That is just rude. This sharing and merry stuff needs to take a hike. EVERYONE wanted my toy. EVERYONE!!!

"Drama queen."

"Not me. I have my eyes on another."

Who asked you?

Oh. Maybe he did. Just don't bring him here when you scare the pee out of him. Now back to my toy.

My toy! It's gone. What do you mean it was a Christmas present? I had it early? Oh well. Give it back. I can be merry. Hand it over. Nanny took it. Not fair.

See? I'm merry. Merry Fishing Christmas!

"You might want to stop before you dig a deeper hole."

Oh yeah. I'll dig a hole in the litterbox and leave Nanny something fun. On second thought...

It will be a Merry Christmas all right. Take my toy will she. When she's not looking this tree is coming down. I'll be rocking around the Christmas tree tonight. Just wait, Nanny. But if you put my present back here maybe we could come to some kind of arrangement. Just saying.

Yeah. I kind of stole the gift Nanny had hidden away for me. What? Why should I wait? It isn't like some jolly fat guy is going to care. He's too busy catching diabetes. But as I wait for my toy, and maybe or maybe not knock this tree down, I hope all out there in blogland have a great Christmas, Hanukkah, Festivus, or just a few days off from the work grind. Nope. My toy still hasn't left my mind. I'm sure by next Christmas the thought will pass. Right now I have to go get into more trouble with my little rhyming ass.

Merry Everything everyone. Enjoy the holiday fun!

  3. Haha - That toy is a must have...that tree made out of traps is really cool. I know how you feel when the scenery changes to a snow covered landscape.

Oh I see Cassie hiding under the Christmas tree. It's very pretty.

I should say Happy Holidays but, I celebrate Christmas so it's "Merry Christmas"

  10. Sneaky kitty. At least you liked yours. We have one just like it but it's long since lost the catnip smell and our cats ignore it.

  15. Orlin, you're a naughty cat! Nobody wanted your toy. The little bambino just wanted to make sure it was still in working order and then wrap it for you. Hank just wanted to make sure that it didn't have any telepathic device that could contact his reproductive organs. The wiener pooch was sniffing to make sure that was germ free. ...and as far as Nanny, she got it for you!! I think it's clear - you'll be getting a stocking full of coal this year! (In case you didn't notice, I rhymed!)

    1. Geez, you are trying to take everyone else's side. The cat has just crossed you off his list. Whatever list that is, and made sure the line was all waving as well as had some litter stuck to the page for good measure. I know that is a list that you will forever treasure. I can rhyme at the end too. And pffft, coal, I'll eat the sock and send the coal to you.

    2. Lol!!! You lost me at wavy line.. don’t be so cruel! I’d take coal and a half eaten sock over a wavy cross out!!

  16. Merry Fishing Christmas. I think that will be my new phrase.
My kids don't like to wait for their gifts either. I'm sure they've already snuck a peek at what I bought. If they want to ruin the Christmas surprise, they're only robbing themselves of the excitement of Christmas morning gift opening.

    1. I've used it a few times already haha got some weird looks.

True, I always wanted to sneak a peek, but I realized it would ruin the surprise, so I fought the urge.

  19. Little cutie under the tree. I am cracking up at the dog with the alien. He does not look ever too pleased. :) We looked at that round toy with the ball (just today) but didn't buy it. Do the cats like it? We're trying to find the perfect holiday gift for our girl. The snow picture is pretty, but I'd take the one above it any day of the week instead. Merry Christmas to you and the fam.!

    1. Yeah, he did not like the alien one bit lol Cassie loves the ball as do the nephews as it goes round and round. Orlin would rather go chew the tree. Yep, any day the one above indeed. Hope a Merry Christmas is had at your pad too.

  21. Christmas at your house looks real exciting. I don't put a tree up anymore. Tiger climbed the last one we had, and it fell over. He had a great time, but all the decorations were broken Now I have ceramic trees. They work just fine. Merry Christmas.

They're kinda like those Elves on Shelves
    Not quite as creepy, though
but deserving of being sent out in the snow
